Investors can also choose to invest directly in one or more real estate projects from NPC’s existing pool of projects. All corresponding securities will be mortgaged to the investor’s name. The fixed interest rate is determined in advance, based on the rate of returns from the chosen projects. The performance of uninvested projects has no influence on the investor’s return.

All the projects that NPC have invested in are New Zealand real estate projects, which are assessed and managed by the NPC team. Investors can select one or more projects.
Fixed interests. Interests payments are distributed monthly, and the principal investment will be repaid upon maturity. Investors’ permission in advance are essential if selected projects require loan term extensions.

NPC conducts comprehensive due diligence research and analysis on each project, borrower’s profile, property’s condition and value. All investment documents are written by professional legal partners. The corresponding properties and securities are held under first mortgage to NPC to ensure we have the legal rights to handle the assets and protect our investments.
